Good Questions to Ask

“My CYA is at 60 ppm and I can’t seem to hold chlorine. I’ve been adding shock every other day. What am I missing?”

Specific, detailed questions make the best on-air answers. Test numbers, equipment type, and what you’ve already tried all help.
